Signs are installed within 24 hours of your scheduled start time, ensuring your property is ready to attract buyers on the day of your open house.

If no locations are specified, our team will choose optimal spots based on experience, typically at neighborhood entrances or key intersections, to maximize visibility and traffic.

Signs are picked up after your open house ends, up to 1 day later, so you don't have to lift a finger.

You’ll receive photo confirmation via email on the day your signs are installed and again when they’re removed. This ensures peace of mind and proof that your open house signs were handled professionally.

Routes are planned at least 1 day before. Occasionally, same-day requests may be possible, but availability depends on existing routes and bookings. We’ll let you know if a rush installation can be accommodated. Rush fees are $40 on top of any location fee pricing.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We aim to accommodate changes within the standard 24-hour window, but last-minute adjustments may be limited and could incur a small rescheduling or cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice.

Posted KC does not supply or create signs. Please provide your open house signs, riders, and any directional signs for us to manage. We can pick them up from your home, brokerage, or local sign shop — whichever is most convenient.

Please confirm any city, county, or HOA rules for where you are allowed to install. If signs are placed in violation of any codes or regulations, the agent is responsible for all fines or for any removal and misplacement of signs.
